If I had to choose between applying only moisturizer or sunscreen forever, I’d probably pick the latter. I can’t stress enough how important applying sunscreen is—whether you’re planning to stay indoors the whole day or will be out and about. The skin’s worst enemy is the sun, and while I’m not saying that we can no longer enjoy the outdoors, it’s important to always stay protected. More than preventing skin damage, applying sunscreen diligently protects us from skin cancer.
