How to use:

1. (Tweeze) Remove any stray hairs from above or below the brow with the tweezers.

2. (Shape) Hold stencil with desired brow shape over your brow.

3. (Define) Using the stencil, fill in eyebrows with one or both Brow Powders to match hair color.

4. (Hold) Apply the Brow Shaper in an upward direction to keep brows in place.
