STEP 1: Prep the eyelids with an eyeshadow primer like Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion. Using the Urban Decay Smoky Palette, apply the Whiskey shade to the crease of the lid using the brush that comes with the palette and blend well to achieve that sultry effect.
STEP 2: To give the look an element of sexiness, apply the Armor shade from the Urban Decay Smoky Palette all across the lid by using a flat brush. With a round blending brush, make sure that there is no visible line between the two shades.
STEP 3: Line your upper lashline as well as the lower water line with Eye of Horus Smokey Eye Pencil in Black. This look shouldn’t have any harsh lines so using a brush, lightly smudge the black eyeliner along the upper lashline. To seal the black eyeliner on the lower waterline, smudge a brown shade–Whiskey from Urban Decay Smoky Palette–along the lower lash line.
STEP 4: For an extra sultry effect, curl the lashes and pile on Maybelline Mascara Volume Express Falsies.
STEP 5: To finish the look, fill in any sparse areas in the eyebrows with Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Dark Brown. Then apply Ofra Lipstick in Karma to the lips to complement the smokey eye.
