Valerie Chua ends our Beauty and Art month with a dark and mysterious aura—something she isn’t normally accustomed to, given that her everyday makeup look is more on the natural, dewy side (as seen in her Everyday Makeup tutorial).
Look as wickedly charming by following these steps:
1. Create a smooth and perfect makeup base by properly priming your face. You can try the W7 PRIME MAGIC CLEAR FACE PRIMER, P449, for a flawless makeup application. This primer is best for normal skin.
