Color Correctors

If you thought color correctors are only for make up artists–think again. The key is knowing exactly what color corrects which problem and you can achieve flawless skin. A little goes a long way, so apply with a light hand and up your know-how.

 

1. Green. Tones down redness. Perfect for those with rosacea or flushed skin. Corrects skin with blemishes and skin allergies.

 

2. White. Adds luminosity to the complexion. May also be used as a highlighter.

 

3. Purple. Counteracts sallowness or yellowness. An instant face-brightener.

 

4. Blue. Adds radiance to the skin and evens out skin tones.

 

5. Brown. Evens out ashiness in medium to dark skin tones.

 

6. Yellow. Lightens imperfections on medium to dark skin tones. Diffuses veins and sun spots.

 

7. Orange. Neutralizes blue undertones which are dark under eye circles.
