Everyday Make Up in 10 Minutes

By: Amanda Padilla

Honestly, who has the time to spend half an hour or more doing their face in the morning? I’d rather spend those precious extra minutes getting more shuteye or having a healthy breakfast. Here’s a guide on how to look completely put together for the day ahead of you with out having to wake up at daybreak.

Step 1: Apply a pea sized amount of BB Cream all over your face and neck using the pads of your fingers. Apply evenly.

Step 2: Use your ring finger to apply concealer to the dark shadows under your eyes if needed. Concealers with an orange undertone are best for the under eye area as it immediately brightens up shadows.

Step 3: Use a liquid cheek and lip tint on the apples of your cheeks and on you lips. This will give a nice flush to your skin.

Step 4: Set your makeup with translucent powder using a large round brush.

Step 5: Choose a neutral brown eyeshadow to use all over your eyelid from the lash line to the crease using a medium sized flat eyeshadow brush. Make sure the edges are blended well.

Step 5: Smudge black or dark brown eyeliner along the lash line. Try to work your way in between the lashes to bring emphasis to the eyes. Set the liner with a similarly colored eyeshadow to make sure it stays in place all day.

Step 6: Curl your lashes and swipe on two coats of mascara

Step 7: Finish off this look by putting on your favorite nude lipgloss.

You can change up your look by simply swapping out the colors while using the same quick, fuss free method of application. For a night out, why not use a dark brown or black instead of a neutral brown eyeshadow. Or bring focus to your lips by using a bright pink or red lipstick.
